One must remember that everything God puts in place as sacred and holy, the enemy will ultimately try to flip it diminishing its value. As a Christian, despite any social climate or trend, abstinence is more than not indulging in sexual activity, but it’s allowing you to tap fully into all that God has placed inside you keeping that essential promise to Him. Yes, temptation is real but just as in 1 Corinthians 10:13, God will never put more on you than you can bear always providing a way of escape. Keeping yourself is a gift that truly won’t ever go out of style, because in the end a rarity will always outlast a counterfeit. Trust God sees and knows it all, and in His timing He’ll literally walk you through every critical point in your life.
